Set up half a third of 3 lines of 3 different colour. Athlete spead out between the cones facing a goal post, and start with pitta patta Coach calls one colour and athletes must rotate their whole body in the air (2 foot take off), land on 2 feet to face the direction of those coloured cones, and then repeat back to face centre
Can be made harder if 2 colours are called and athletes must rotate to first colour, back to centre, and then to the 2nd colour and back to centre again.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
