-Players now work in a team of two against a single defender. The two players are attackers and the one player is a defender. -The attacking players must try and get round the defender to try and score in the hoop. -The defending player must try and intercept the passes or block the shot. -After every turn can the coach change tthe attackers and defenders so everyone has an equal amount of turns on each position.
-Can the attacking team move the ball quickly to make the defender have less time to think. If the ball is being moved slow then the defender has more time to think. -Can the players use different type of passes to get round the defender. E.g. bouce pass to go under a defender. Overhead pass to go over a defender. -Can the attackers communicate if they want the ball or shout suitable commands.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
