Continue work on 5 point drill. Focus on including skills from position specific drills, mainly quick release of ball, running at pace, give and go`s. 1. Ball starts under post. Player in top left corner drives straight to catch first pass. Returns ball to player under post. Receives a second surprise pass at the edge of the circle. 2. Player in bottom left corner cuts towards centre circle then drives to middle of transverse line to receive 3rd pass. Timing is important, the aim is to have the ball continuously flowing and not stopped for too long. This person must therefore start their drive as the previous person is catching and pivoting. 3. The next step is a double play. Player in bottom right corner drives to the middle of the court to receive pass from pervious player. Play the ball back and drive to the top of the circle and receive the next ball. 4. player in top right corner cuts slightly in towards the middle of the court then a straight dive to the post to catch the last pass and the drill starts again. players join the line that they pass too. Focus on pushing ball in front of the person catching it. Pull ball in with 2 hands.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
