Drive to circle edge Two mid-court players split leads, whichever player does not receive the ball turns and drives onto circle edge to receive the ball. GS times movement to receive feed then takes shot. As soon as ball is delivered to the shooter the mid-court players run to other side of the court to start movement. Pair does this six times before rotating roles. Increase difficulty by adding a defender forcing the feeder to make a decision about initial pass and forcing the mid-courter driving to the circle to beat their defender. Shooter to vary movement in the circle - sometimes baseline drive, sometimes holding etc.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
