4 people in the middle third and 3 in the goal third. The group in the middle third must complete 10 passes, while counting out loud, in the first half of the third. The 11th pass is caught on the transverse line and the 12th pass is into the goal third. The person who throws the 12th pass then moves on into the goal third. One person from the middle group should be at the transverse line to support. There are 4 attackers and 4 defenders in the end third. The GK cannot leave the circle. The attackers must complete 10 passes, while counting out loud. The 11th pass must be a pass into the circle where the shooter must shoot.
