Form two teams. Each team line up, facing each other approx 6m apart. The front player of the first pair throws the ball to the first player of the opposite line. After the player throws the ball they run back to the end of their line. The player receiving the ball runs forward at an average pace, jumps in the air and catches the ball in mid flight. When landing, the player must land on one foot and quickly ground the other foot after landing. The player that catches the ball then repeats the process by passing it to the opposite player.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
