Set up 3 cones in a triangle. Place the Feeder out infront of the triangle. and the Defenders at the bottome point. D starts at bottom point drives out to cone. F puts the ball out infront of the defender to intercept pass. D catches the ball or defelcts it and chases it up, and returns ball to the F. D then drives towards another cones and intercepts pass. Progression Add an Attacker to run between the cones. Remove the cones
