2 shooters start inside the cirlce near the goal post. 2 passers stand at the top of the circle with a ball. 3 cones are set up and even distance apart on both side of the circle. The shoots must drive out out go around the cones and make a sharp drive back into the circle towards the post they then receive a pass. They then plant their feet and take a shot. This is then continued.
