Have two teams stand next to each other in a single file line at one end of the court. At the other end of the court have 9 circles (made by hoola-hoops) laid out in a square. Each team has 3 bibs the same colour - but each teams colours are different. The first person in each team run to the naughts and crosses grid and choose where to place their bib. They then run back and HAVE to high-five the next player before they can then in turn run and place their bib. Once they`ve had their turn, they go to the back of the line. When all three bibs have been placed down, if there is no "3 in a row" win, then the 4th player and so on pick up one of their teams bibs and places it in a different circle. Repeat until there is a winner.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
