A runs to first marker, then must run to a second marker before coming back to the middle marker. Use all markers, always coming back to the centre marker. Add a dodge on the edge markers. Add a ball - A will receive the pass when they land on the middle marker. Vary this - add a second attacker - same drill but communication is key. The players must communicate who will be where and when. They can run between other markes at this point too. Use this in the goal circle.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
