The ball starts in the middle of the third, the two players at the front of the two cones drive out and either one can recieve the ball. Whover does not recieve the ball must drive hard and recieve the next pass from their partner. Their partner then offloads and reoffers. The next two at the other cones drive out and repeat the same. The two who have just done the work must switch to defence and put pressure on the first two passes then join the other cones.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
