The aim for this session is to knock one ball of the cone at a time. This is good as it will help with accuracy as you have to aim for one and try and just hit that one. Once the student hits one cone it will be taken away, This will make the target area smaller and harder for the student. This session is also effective because in a real game the will have a player on thier team who has a lot of spce (large target area) but they will also have players closing in on them which makes the player harder to get the ball to (small target area).

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
