Team Red is Defense and Team Blue is attack. The First ball will be thrown by the coach. The first blue player runs to the left side and touches the line and runs back to receive the ball. Then this B1 will pivot and turn while the first red player will be ready to take three feet when the B1 pivots and gets ready to throw the ball to B2 . B2 will now run to the opposite side of the court and touch that line and come for the ball to R2.
