Player A starts with the ball The 2 players on either side of the ring make a lead to receive the ball Player A throws the ball to one of these players. Which ever one doesnt get it they run on a little bit more and get the next pass Meanwhile the 2 players standing together in the centre third start to run towards the outside of the court, ready to drive back into the middle. The player opposite the one that has the ball will recieve the next pass The other player that started in the centre thrid, makes a straight drive into the ring to receive the ball and then to start the next circuit The first 2 players then become the next 2 to start in the centre third, and the last player that drove into th ring becomes Player A to begin the drill again.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
