In twos, run around the set out area. Then on 1-2-3, 1 being touch the floor, 2 winning a header and 3 turning around. Then get into a group and strtch out, from the top to the bottom. In a square passing the ball about using netball rules having goals at each end, passing and making the ball get into the goals.
