The class will be split into 2/3 groups depending on numbers. The group will form a large circle with one person standing in the middle. The person in the middle will throw the ball to someone standing in the circle (make sure to say the name before throwing). The ball will then be passed back to the person in the middle and the person in the middle will make their way round the circle to everyone.
Make sure to chest pass the ball. Look when you are throwing the ball. Bend your knees slightly. Donât throw the ball too hard that it will hurt someone. Make sure you are paying attention at all times! Take your time.
