Once the player befor them has recieved the ball they run to the siideline to recieve the ball. This should be a quick moving drill. Working on footwork, catching the ball on the run and accurate passing.
Once the girls have caught the ball and turn to pivet and pass thier elbow must remain up and shouldn't drop
