Both must pass the ball between themselves, working their way clear to pass the ball to one of the the two opposing lines. GD and GK defend them. If they get the ball to the players on the other side, they joing the back of the line. If the ball is intercepted or lost they become the defenders, and the defenders join the back of the line instead.
