To progress start with the GS/GA standing under the post and move towards the C a metre after each set of passes Once the you have progressessed with the distance go back to the start and add a defender to make it even more challenging add more players on the outside edge of the circle each with a ball and have the GS/GA stand in line with the post in the middle of the circle, the players on the edge must then randomly shout "turn" and the GS/GA has to turn to whoever shouted it and catch the pass the passes should be hard and sharp like in a game
