Pushing 2players enter the box (about 1mx1m) and without using their hands, but just their bodies, they must try and push their opponent out of the box within 15 seconds. the loser must do 5 pushups. if neither get pushed out then both do 5 pushups. 2. Ball Contest 2 workers chasing the ball and one person throwing it. workers have their backs to the direction of where the ball is being thrown, and once thrown they must turn around and run to get the ball. 3. Rounding 2 workers jumping to get the ball and one person throwing the ball up high (about 2m). the workers but jump to get the rebound. loser does plank for 10secs 4. Gauntlet Run Using large pads, parents hold pads in a close zig zag pattern and the workers must run and pushing their way through the gauntlet to the other side. (run around drill to start) 5
