Passing/running/shooting/rotation routine for pre game warmup. Two players GA & GS start in goal circle, remaining players form two lines at each side of transverse line. C starts with ball and passes to GS driving out of goal circle who does a quick double play back to C on the move before moving to back of line A. C then passes to WA on drive to circle edge and moves to back of line B, GA drives out to edge of circle parallel to goal line and receives pass from WA at goal ring, shoots with WA moving in to contest rebound. Winner of ball then passes to front of Line A., GA drives out of goals to start next round and routine continues. WA takes up position in goal circle.
Timing, accurate passing, can add in defenders for more challenge.
