
Break the team up into groups of 4 and each go to one station. Stay at each station doing the task for 2mins then move to the next station. Complete each station 2x. Hurdles Ensure chest up and 2 foot landings and takeoffs between each hurdle and that knees come up in front not get tucked under. Burpees Ensure hands are flat on ground for the jump back and that both feet extend at the same time, that the tuck position is tight and that the jump up is dynamic with eyes forward not down. Skipping Round 1 2 foot skipping. stay on balls of feet and eyes forward. Round 2 alternate feet jumping (ie how the boxers skip). remain on balls of feet and eyes forward.
