1. The attackers run out from either side of the goal post to their corresponding cones. 2. The feeder passes to either attacker. 3. Whichever attacker doesn't receive the ball, runs to the top of the goal circle. 4. The attacker who did receive the ball, pivots and passes to the other attacker.
Start the defenders at the top of the goal circle. You can add shooters into the drill. The attacker at the top of the goal circle can then pass it in to GA or GS. Focus's on leading, getting infront of the defender, passing and decision making.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
