Player, Australia

DESCRIPTION

Warm UP: Players start at the baseline doing fast feet. On the whistle, they procede to run along the court and plant two feet for a jump at the lines indicating the thirds. (This is shown through the black arrows and red hats). Players then sprint back to the baseline. (Dotted line). This drill is repeated 5x with 15sec rest between sets. Warm Up 2: The drill indicated by the two players (red A and blue A) is a catching passing drill. Blue A bounce passes the ball to Red A and Red A chest passes the ball back. This is repeated at high intensity with the best accuracy possible. Warm UP 3: This is indicated by the squiggly line and the Centre out front with the ball. The players in the line must do fast feet while the player infront moves the ball around. The players in the line must move their hands in the direction of the balls movements. On the Centres call, they must then sprint back to the closest 3rd line and sprint back. Warm Up 4: This is just a period of static and dynamic stretches as a team.
