In the warm up each athlete will run 10 lengths of the court at a steady pace which I best for them. After they have run 10 lengths they will then 4 lengths to the half way line which will be bum flicks, Side steps, crossovers and high knees. This warm up will get the athletes warm so that after they have done their running and stretches, they are then ready to go straight into a small activity to start the session off.
