This is a Carviovascular part of the warm up. In this warm up you split the class evenly and give them both about 20-30 cones each to place anywhere in the two end thirds(Each team has a third). Each team has to run from their third of the court accros the middle third of the court and into the opposing teams to get a cone and place it back at their third. The Winner is whoever has the most cones at the end.
