Two teams split evenly one attacking one defending, the attacking team has a ball. The attackers can run and pass with ball in hand in any direction. Players must make it up the pitch to score a try, if an attacker gets tagged with ball in hand they must dab the ball on the floor and passes the ball out before re-attaching their tag.
Team work: - Communication - Moving into space Catch and Pass: Focus on pass/catch technique: - wide spread fingers across the ball 2 hands - high elbows - pistols: poiting your pistols to the catchers targets - Hands up ready to catch forming a W's for Wales or Winners
