
Two teams split evenly one attacking one defending, the attacking team has a ball. The attackers can run and pass with ball in hand in any direction. Players must make it up the pitch to score a try, if an attacker gets tagged with ball in hand they must dab the ball on the floor and passes the ball out before re-attaching their tag.
