DESCRIPTION

There are 2 teams on each side of the court/ hall with around 6 balls on each side, and they needs to throw the small dodgeballs at the big ball that is in the middle of the playing area. The ball in the middle of the hall has to cross either line of cones for the team to win. The players can not throw the balls past the line of cones but are able to get the balls if they are in the middle of the area but must return to their line before throwing.

COACHING POINTS

Be able throw the ball accurately and hit the target (the ball in the middle). Be able to generate enough throwing power to move the target in the middle. Use your knowledge to hit the ball at the right angle to get the most movement out of the ball. For example hitting the target in the middle would move it more then hitting the top of it.
