Techniques Rhythm Hitting: 1.In group of five's. Have one blocker, one setter, one hitter, one reciever, one feeder. 2. The feeder feeds the ball to the setter to set a hitter for their partner. 3. After they have hit the ball they block at the net, run backwards ensuring they are looking behind them then hit the ball x10 times. 4. Swap with roles and repeat.
