
Should take about 5 minutes or less. Group gets into circle and holds hands, right over left. Coach yells out command, "SAY WHAT I SAY, AND DO WHAT I DO." (Repeat 2-3 times.) Coach then yells out a series of about 20 commands. Next level: Coach yells out: "SAY WHAT I SAY AND DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I DO." (Repeat a couple of times and check for understanding) Repeat a few jumping commands, but start slow. Slowly get faster with the commands.
