In 1/3 of a court place markers aroudnd the area with at least 1 more than the number of players taking part. Players must identify a space to move into by driving to a free spot. Player with the ball can only pass to someone who is driving to a spot not someone who is standing still. If the ball carrier has no options to pass to e.g. no one moving to a space after 3 seconds they must bounce the ball to indicate this. Progression Remove spots so there is only 1 free space. Add 2/3 defenders (depending on numbers)
Only recieve on the move Keep on the move and looking for where team mates are moving Communicate with team mates Ball carrier only pass to moving player If 3 seconds passes bounce ball Why it is important to receive on the move and drive into space? Making it harder for the defence to intercept or mark you To avoid errors like 3 second calls
