
This is a good attacking/fitness drill to work on changing direction and catching the ball on the drive. This only shows the one person doing the drill however you can add up to 4 players to all be involved at once!
Change direction using your hips, meaning facing the ball when your on your way back to the middle and then turning your hips towards the next pass Putting in 100% as you get a break after receiving from each 4 cones. Helps with spatial awareness when working with 1-4 players
