
2 teams of players, each team has one ball. Players stand alternately in a circle as shown in the diagram. The balls start with a member from each team who are standing next to each other (as shown). 1. On the whistle, players begin passing the ball to each of their team mates in turn so that the ball travels around the circle. 2. The aim for teams to throw their ball round the circle fast enough so that it overtakes the other ball.
Players have to demonstrate the correct passing technique. They are standing up straight and are ready to catch the ball. The release has to be fast and the pass accurate.
