
Working in groups of 4 Player D recieve 3 reaction passes from F before driving strong to intercept the pass made by the 2 A's. They then come back around to repeat the drill. Players work 5 times through the drill before swapping.
Reaction pass can be high, low, straight, left or right. Make sure D does not stand waiting for they intercept, if they miss they can back around for the reaction passes.
