Defensive strategy to use on the opposition centre pass
On the centre pass, the WA and GA sprint forward past the centre circle to take up space in the centre pass zone, effectively cutting off potential leads from the opposition GA and WA. Hands should be up in the air, applying pressure and ready to intercept any stray balls. Our GD and WD should aim to get on the outside of their opponents, forcing them inwards and preventing them from driving wide. Our C should come back to the line, aiming to double-pressure the GA or WA when they come forward. The overall effect should be to maximise pressure and cut off potential leads on the centre pass.
