Player starts by dodging through the green cones, then on the last green cone makes a strong drive to the first red cone. From there the player side steps along to the second red cone. along the way they can receive a pass at any time. from the last red cone they turn and move trough a stepping laddder with fast feet, both feet making contact with the ground in each level.
the side stepping with a pass is about keeping eyes on the ball as that pass could come at any time.

When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
