Using the three passes learned, make 5 successful passes with footwork without being intercepted or dropping the ball - be more strict on the rules. Reinforce that it is not advantageous to follow the ball and all try and catch it. Find a space and work towards where you are scoring. Once made 5 passes you can pass to the end player waiting to catch the ball (don`t launch it-plan it!) Progression: mark opposite team member (teacher to sort) 1 metre rule when marking (opponents gain posession) 3 seconds to pass the ball rule Add hoop to score into (end player to hold at side of body to prevent injury) No talking rule (could move up depenidng on the noise level)

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
