Players will set up as shown. Attackers on the cones and defenders on each attacker(except the first). players aim to catch the ball in between cones and must jump to catch a lob over their opponents heads. Players should be aware when they are next and start moving for the ball as the previous player catches it. Defenders must stand at least a metre away, and must attempt to intercept lob. If lob is intercepted thrower must aim higher, taking into account the height of the defender. Defender will then pass it back to the attacker and the drill will just continue. Players will then rotate down the court but staying in attacking/defending until each person has had a turn in the circle.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
