1. Put markers around circle, 3 attempts at each marker. Record how many shots made. 2. If there is extra time 1 passer top of the circle, 2 workers (1 worker starts high the other lower and at opposite sides of the circle). The worker who start low, drive towards post then cut forward to ball to catch the first pass. The worker who starts high drives away from the ball and cuts to the post in time to catch the second pass from worker 2 and shoots. Eventually when allowed defenders, if the pass to worker 1 under the post is open give it. 3 attempts then rotate positions.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
