
My drill focuses on driving to receive the ball and landing on the outside foot. The player will begin on the base-line. They will drive on a 45 degree angle to the red cone. They will receive the pass, through the ball and return to the base-line. The player will then drive to the blue cone, receive the pass, return and run back to the green cone to receive a lob.
