
Step 1- The attacker must run towards the feeder to recieve the ball about 3 metres away from them. Step 2- After recieving the ball, the attacker must then pass the ball back before sprinting back to her starting position. Step 3- Repeat drill over and over for 1 minute.
Switch the feeder and the attacker after 60 seconds of repeating drill. Encourage players to perform this drill at their highest intensity for the full minute.
