Two feeders pass the ball to each other while a defender tries to intecept the pass. The same movement is done from the other side but the outside hand would be used to intercept the ball.
1. Defender should ensure to use the outsode hand to intercept the ball. 2. Defender should not touch the feeder. 3. Control the intercepted ball by tapping it down instead of pushing it away. 4. If the ball does get pushed away, then the defender should pursue with a quick follow up to reatin position of the ball.
