Defence start passive & increase intensity. Attacker uses practiced moves to receive ball from feeder 1 and returns ball to feeder 2. Feeder has to accurately put the ball AWAY from the defender. Defender - decides on how/where to place themselves. All about intensity - do not reset between passes. 10-20 passes each depending on level. REMEMBER - ELEVATION. 2 FEET LANDING GIVES YOU MORE OPTIONS. If able to video each other then will start to see a difference btwn good/bad feeds.
