
This drill is good for quick thinking passes. In groups of 4 (5 if you want to add a defender) with 2 balls. 3 players stand in a row 2 of those players have a ball. The 4th person stands in front of other players. one player throws the ball to person 4 then person 4 throws to a different free player. Player 4 can`t throw back to the same player who just threw the ball. then the second player with the ball does the same.
