Pick a line to which to work, be that onto the edge of the circle or any other line that can act as a marker on the court. Attacker drives forward for a short flat ball and returns it. Feeder sends a lifted ball into space beyond. Attacker is to catch the ball on the move and land balanced before the line. Attacker shold try a front cut and a back cut. Looking for at least 10 successful attempts before swapping. Defender can start relatively passive but increase intensity appropriately.
Key is the quick release and accuracy of the pass by the feeder. The angle of pass of lifted ball may be impacted by the front or back cut of attacker. How quick can the feeder make those decisions?
