Pick a line to which to work, be that onto the edge of the circle or any other line that can act as a marker on the court. Two offers by attackers driving forward for a short flat ball. Whoever does not recieve the ball can drive for the longer lifted ball. One of the attackers is to catch the ball on the move and land balanced on the line. Progression: Add in a swing of the ball if on circle edge. Looking for at least 10 successful attempts before swapping.
Key is the quick release and accuracy of the pass. Ensure the players being self-critical - near the line isn't good enough!
