Karlien Van Wyk Player, Australia

DESCRIPTION

A 1 metre square is set up using cones and a worker is stationed at the front side of the square. A thrower is set up about 5 metres from the worker. Whilst keeping their feet moving, the worker will pass the ball back and forth 5 times. The thrower will then indicate which side of the square the worker needs to move to. Keeping their feet moving, the worker will then pass the ball back and forth 5 times. Once 5 passes have been done at each side of the square, the worker and the thrower will swap.
