Stand 10 meters in front of your partner. Have your partner sprint towards you. When your partner is about 3 meters away provide them with a chest pass. One you partner receives the chest pass, they need to stop and return the ball to you with a bounce pass. Once they have returned the ball they need to turn around and sprint away from you. As this happens, release a lob. If the ball is well placed, it will be easy for partner to jump into the air and take the catch at full stretch. Once landed your partner is to return the ball to you with a shoulder pass to complete the drill.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
