
first you throw the Netball in the air, then you catch it and do a jump pivot to face your wall. After that you Do a high shoulder pass to the wall and jump to receive the ball. Next pivot round and start from the beginning again. Do this quite fast and often and it should improve your Netball skills.
Keep repeating this and fast, then it will prove itself most efective.
