Players start on three man teams on one side of court divided down the middle. Play is initiated with setter tossing ball to passer. Players must get desired three contact combination per side then progress to next three hit combination. Once passer passes ball, she runs to other side of net to pass. Once setter sets ball, she runs to other side of net to set. Once hitter sends ball over, hitter runs to other side to hit. Sequences: Pass, pass, pass. Set, set, set. Dig, set, downball. Dig, set, attack.
Initially, all players have the same role throughout until complete circuit is completed, then rotate positions.
